Recently, I have been busy with migrating the website to a new host and  a new domain. You will notice the blog is now under a new domain www.kentyuphotography.com

Hence it has been a while since my last post.

Two weeks ago, I had a baby girl portrait session with Matilda at their place. It has been three months since we last saw Sara who we took her pregnancy portraits back in Nov. 2010. Time flies… and Matilda is now two months old.

We had great fun taking some portrait shots of Matilda at the comfort of their home. She was very cheerful and we were able to get some great shots. It was a pleasure to be able to capture a momentous part of their lives.

The lighting we set up was from a couple of speedlights, SB-900 and SB-600. I had them bounced off the ceiling which we were able to create some very soft lighting.

In terms on lens choice for baby portraits, I picked the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 and 85mm f/1.4G on the Nikon D700.

Here are some of the images. Enjoy !
