I have heard many people asked “Which Nikon Lens should I get…” Perhaps these are all you ever need?
Another lens arrived with the Nikon 20mm f/2.8 is the Nikon 105mm f/2.8 VR. This lens was released in 2006, a fairly new lens equipped with Nikon’s latest technology such as VRII (up to 4 stops better) and nano crystal coating. Some info extracted from Nikon.

I got the Nikon TC-14E specially for my Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR and 300mm f/4 about a month ago. It extends my 70-200mm to 98-280mm with a trade off of losing 1-stop. If used in DX mode on my Nikon D700, it effectively becomes a 120-420mm.
What would you say if you could shoot your image first and then choose the focus later? Wouldn’t that be a great feature?
